Everyone help me welcome Spencer roguerunnerfilms as the newest member of the MTN OPS family.

I absolutely love storytelling and bringing stories to life through video and photo. Spencer is one of the very best I have ever seen at capturing moments in a way that draws out the emotion, excitement, and feeling of it all. His work shares the heart of the experience with the world.

Over the last year I have contracted with some incredible individuals to help us build content for The Conquer Cast and other MTN OPS projects. We recently decided to bring the talent in house, and after watching Spencer work his magic on a recent elk hunt with gethushin I knew he was our guy.

But to be honest, it was not just what he can do behind the lens or in the edit bay that sealed the deal. Talent matters, but values matter more. Spencer carries both. He is hard working, honest, humble, willing to learn, and driven by a desire to create content that inspires and impacts.

We are blessed to have him join the MTN OPS team and I cannot wait to show the world his work. Keep conquering, brother.
