What does #CTM mean? 

I have been using this hashtag in many of my morning stories lately and so many are asking what it means. 

CTM means “CONQUER THE MORNING”, and this is a little glimpse into how I do that each day. Parts of this routine I have been doing for 27 years straight. Consistency is the key.
