This endorsement for my book by my good friend Chad Hymas means the world to me.

Chad and I first met on the day my dad passed away. I visited his ranch, and as we drove around his beautiful property, I got to know him. It was on this very land that Chad had the accident that paralyzed him.

While we were driving, I mentioned my upcoming leadership summit and my struggles with the training content. To my amazement, Chad immediately called his assistant to rearrange his busy schedule so he could help me and my team.

I left his home in awe of his selflessness. That night, my dad tragically fell down the stairs, breaking his neck in the same place Chad had. Unlike Chad’s 95% injury, my dad’s spinal cord was completely severed.

Chad came into my life at an incredibly meaningful time, supporting me, my family, and my team. Since then, I’ve been privileged to speak to his group, and he has trained my team and a youth group I oversee. His story, teaching, and passion for helping others continue to inspire me.

Chad has never let excuses or circumstances get in the way of conquering life. I am deeply grateful for his example and the Christlike service he offers my family and me.

By the way, Chad, a Hall of Fame speaker, will be at our August 10th Connect and Conquer Festival. His talk alone is worth attending! I have a few promo codes for free entry—DM me if you’re interested!
