Christine is finally admitting something she has been keeping to herself: when it comes down to choosing between spending time with Kody and being with Janelle, she has sometimes chosen Janelle. As Kody is asking the Brown family to follow his strict rules, Christine, Janelle, Meri and Robyn are struggling with what those rules mean for their relationships.

After nearly five months without the whole family together, everyone is gathering at Coyote Pass for Hunter’s farewell dinner. But keeping four wives, the kids and Kody on the same page is proving much harder than simply setting up separate fire pits. Meanwhile, Isabel is preparing for a major scoliosis surgery, and the family is facing another painful reality when Kody cannot be there with her.
