when I first moved to stl, I was nervous to attend workout classes alone or find what I enjoyed in a new city! what makes going to @PLNK less scary for me? 🫣 Going with a friend (truly been my favorite thing to do when people text me to hang out) Knowing the instructor will guide me & are there if I need any help Watching a few videos beforehand (hopefully my page could help) Not expecting myself to be perfect (it takes like 10 classes to fully get everything) Remembering everyone is focused on themselves Showing up anyway 😌 let this be your sign to get over your fear and attend the workout classes you want 😌 here’s to a successful winter arc 🏋🏼‍♀️🤎#thisisplnk #LAGREE #plnkfitness #workingonmyself #lifeinyour20s
