Carnitas on Tuesday. Pancake bake on Thursday. Big pots all week.

Everything I cooked for my school, October 5-9.

Monday: Golden Ranch chicken drumsticks, roasted corn, tater tots and watermelon.
Tuesday: Carnitas tacos, smoky hominy and pineapple.
Wednesday: Pollo asado, cheesy broccoli, rice and orange wedges.
Thursday: Pancake breakfast bake with blueberry compote, yogurt cream and granola. Sausage and pears on the side.
Friday: White chicken chili, Bama bread and apples.
