Meet one of our featured #WomenWhoShineLV honorees...Rochelle Nguyen the CEO of Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada and Nevada’s State Senator (District 3)!

“Don’t wait until you feel ready. Most people are figuring it out as they go. Early in your career it’s easy to think everyone else has the roadmap, but the truth is that growth comes from stepping into opportunities before you feel completely prepared. Say yes to things that challenge you, trust your instincts, and don’t underestimate the value of your perspective. When you find yourself in the room, remember that your voice belongs there just as much as anyone else’s.”
