Meet one of our featured Women Who Shine 2026 honorees... Anjali Patel the Morning Anchor of KTNV Channel 13 Las Vegas✨

“‘Give yourself grace. It can apply to really anyone in any career path — not just someone in the news industry. Sometimes the hardest person to please can be yourself, especially when you’re embarking on a new journey. Give yourself room to grow and understand that you won’t be perfect on Day 1 or even on Day 1,000. What matters is how your respond and react when things don’t go perfectly.”
