the world ranked mental health above cancer…

in a global survey of 23,667 people across 31 countries, mental health was named the biggest health problem facing their country. more than cancer. more than stress. more than any physical illness on the list.

this isn’t to say cancer isn’t serious. it absolutely is, and our hearts go out to everyone affected by it. this isn’t about comparing pain. it’s about recognizing that mental health deserves the same attention, care, and urgency as every other health concern.

that tells us something important: so many people are struggling, and so many of them are doing it quietly.
