The Patriots were literally ONE WIN away from completing the greatest season in NFL history and Eli Manning had other plans 😭

New England entered Super Bowl XLII at 18-0, with Tom Brady, Randy Moss, and an offense that had shattered records all season. Nobody was giving the Giants much of a chance, especially after they finished the regular season 10-6.

Down 14-10 with just over a minute remaining, Eli somehow escaped what looked like a guaranteed sack and launched a prayer downfield. David Tyree pinned the ball against his HELMET for a ridiculous 32-yard catch, and a few plays later, Eli found Plaxico Burress for the game-winning touchdown with 35 seconds left. Giants 17, Patriots 14.

An undefeated season gone. A dynasty stunned. And Eli Manning forever became the guy who ruined perfection.

Is this the GREATEST Super Bowl upset of all time, or does another game top it? 👀🏆
