Lauren Streng is a fifth-year senior serving her first season as section leader. At U-M, she is studying theatre, production & design and mechanical engineering. “Leaders aren't defined by a role or job title, they're defined by their morals, characteristics and how they impact those around them. Start with yourself and make sure you're being someone you'd look up to.”⁠

Itunu Olagbaiye is a junior serving her first season as rank leader. At U-M, she is studying business administration with a minor in creative writing. “Being a leader means you need to be super empathetic to meet people where they are and adjust your approach accordingly!” ⁠

Natalie Nikolajevs is a senior serving her second season as rank leader. At U-M she is studying international studies and romance language and literature with a minor in business. “A great leader stays true to themself and always strives to support the people that they lead in any way that they can.”⁠

Maddy Grabe is a senior serving her second season as rank leader. At U-M she is studying neuroscience with plans to attend PA school. “Be confident in yourself and your talent. You know a lot more than you think you do and remember that you're in that position to help your section members get better, not to compete with others.”⁠

Eddy Holcomb is a junior serving his first season as rank leader. At U-M, he is studying molecular, cellular, developmental biology and French, “Embrace your personal strengths and always be true to yourself! Each person has their own unique strengths which are valuable in a leadership team.”⁠
