Honeycomb! Such a quick and easy candy to make at home. Also super good for edible gifting 
This morning they removed a huge beehive from our building and we all got a LOT of honey, fresh from the hive! Had to use up some of it to make this very simple honeycomb. 

Recipe 
100gm castor sugar
1 tbsp water 
3 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp baking soda

Caramelize the sugar with the water. Add in the honey. Once all melted turn off the gas and add the baking soda. Pour onto baking paper and allow it to set and harden . This takes 30 to 40min
