DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin responded to New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani's criticism of ICE after an agent shot a 28-year-old man in the Bronx while his 5-year-old son was in the back seat of the car. Mamdani called for ICE to end its operations in the city, describing the agency as “rotten to its core.” Mullin responded by saying the mayor’s words were “dangerous and incite hostility.”

The man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and the child was not injured. #newyorkcity #ice #mamdani #thebronx
