Elliott Davis: “My Cameraman Had Been Shot”

Elliott Davis tells the story of the terrifying moment his cameraman and longtime friend Larry Washington was shot while they were covering a news story. With Washington fading in and out behind the wheel, Elliott eventually took over and rushed him to the hospital. Washington survived, spent 18 months away from work, and eventually returned to the job.
