1. My form is not amazing! It’s gotten SO much better over the years, but it’s nowhere near perfect. 
2. I care more about looks than I care to admit. Not just about working out to feel good, but for vanity purposes, too. Not including getting Botox and all the treatments!
3. Rest days still mess with my head. I encourage everyone to take those rest days and I do too, but sometimes I definitely feel guilty. 
4. Working out on the weekends when it’s family time. Yes, it’s only an hour but still. It does make me feel like I can show up better. 
5. I feel intimated walking into a new studio! It still gets me a lot of the time.
