My first class at @strong Pilates really got me thinking about where Pilates goes from here. It’s going to go 1 of 2 ways I think. 

For a long time it was the quiet, slow option in the boutique fitness world. Now it’s moving into something bigger: strength, intensity, hybrid wokouts. The future of Pilates is already here, and I’m so curious to see what it looks like in five years. I took Strong Body which was a combo of pilates, strength and cardio (I chose the rowformer) and I’m so sore btw.
