Andy Burnham's Brexit U-turn has been slammed by Zia Yusuf.

The Prime Minister told the Rest Is Politics podcast Russia "clearly" meddled in the 2016 vote, as he indicated an interest in pushing to rejoin the European Union, or at least build closer ties.

But speaking on GB News Breakfast, Reform UK's Zia Yusuf questioned Burnham's comments.

He told Ellie Costello: "We all know what Andy Burnham is up to. I mean, he's using rejoining the European Union as some sort of cudgel for the polls depending on which particular audience he seems to be speaking to."
