Abuse doesn’t always leave bruises. 💜

Sometimes it’s the holes punched in walls. The doors blocked so you can’t leave. The reckless driving meant to terrify you. The threats, intimidation, destroyed belongings, and the fear of what might happen next.

Sometimes it’s being denied medical care, having your pets threatened, or hearing “it was an accident” over and over again.

I circled these because they matter. Because they are REAL. Because they are ABUSE.

You don’t have to be physically struck for someone to be physically threatening you.

And you don’t have to wait until the violence gets worse to recognize the danger.

Fear is not love. Control is not protection. Intimidation is not passion.

To anyone living through this: You deserve safety, peace, respect, and a life where you don’t have to walk on eggshells. ❤️
