You’ll learn the fundamentals of safe food preservation, refrigerator pickling, water-bath canning, food storage, and practical ways to reduce food waste. Renée will also explore the nutrition side of pickling, including prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics.

Your ticket includes your own jar of refrigerator pickles to take home, seasonal tastings including jam and pickles, plus recipes, tips, and techniques you can use in your own kitchen.
