🧘🏻‍♀️ @casagaiastudio a latina-owned wellness studio that recently opened up! they specialize in soundbaths but also do different types of workout + breathwork classes!

☕️ @caffetospecialtycoffee is a specialty colombian coffee bar that offers unique coffee and matcha options, they also have yummy pastries - perfect to start your mornings! 

🎨 @labodeguitaclt is one of my fav spots in charlotte! with a huge focus on mental health and creativity, this is a place we love to occasionally come to decompress, unwind, disconnect and ultimately tune in with ourselves! 

🌮 @tacosnevado is one of my most favorite spots in charlotte and has been for well over a decade. you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but esp the tacos and guac 🙂‍↕️

🧁 @suarezbakery a favorite for when i’m in the mood for a sweet treat!

🛍️ @puravidaworldlyart is one of the BEST places to shop in Charlotte. they have different things from all over the world and it fills my heart every time i walk in there!

🌼 @masicollective is a local small business that has curated a community for bilingual + bilingual-curious families rooted in language, culture and play! They will be including the finger puppets we got in little goodie bags they’ll give out in their Costume + Colores event on Oct 25th!

♾️ @aventuraconsciente_ is a local non-profit in which the mission is to educate families and professionals on strategies to understand and support autistic youth, with a focus on Hispanic families! They are hosting their Food-Free Sensory friendly trunk and treat on Oct 24th and we thought the finger puppets would be a fun toy for the kiddos! 

🛒 @comparefoodsclt is a must when shopping for ingredients to make meals that fill our soul!

🍣 @yuntanikkei my favorite restaurant in all of charlotte that offers incredible food, great ambiance and a perfect night out!
