Player Development Pathway Partnership.

The Port Colborne Sailors and Streetsville Derbys are partnering to build a development pathway for young athletes committed to pursuing hockey at a higher level. The Sailors development model uses data driven insights and a unique form of on ice and off ice training to get players to the next level rapidly. We will be extending that model to our partners in Streetsville.

The partnership reflects a shared belief that player development benefits from continuity, collaboration and clear expectations. Our aim is to strengthen the connection between the two organizations and help players prepare for the demands of their next stage in junior hockey.

Central to this effort is a commitment to developing not only hockey skills, but also the discipline, accountability and character required to succeed within a team.

We look forward to working together to create meaningful opportunities for dedicated young players and to support their long-term development, both on and off the ice.
