The stars have aligned ✨ Volunteer puppy raiser Connelly Early, who previously played for the Boston Red Sox, is now a member of the nationals, home for our team pup natspup! ⚾ 

The two stars had a chance to meet in person recently, and it was meant to be. 💛 

As a pitcher for the Nationals, connelly_early has pressure to perform, but with Natty visiting nationalspark, his simple presence brightens the mood and makes Connelly feel right at home.

With his hand-painted cleats by grecopaintworks with the names of seven future #servicedog pups him and his family raised together for us, the mission of Canine Companions travels everywhere he goes. 💙🐕‍🦺
