One wrong step on the warning track turns into brown shoe tracks straight through the outfield grass and here's why... 😳

I was following our PureGreen tech around as he sprayed for weeds.

Weed killer on the dirt/concourse sticks to the bottom of your shoes, and walking onto the grass afterward leaves a trail of dead, brown footprints wherever you walk.

But weeds on the track ruin the dirt texture and create real trip hazards for outfielders chasing down fly balls.

Weeds around the seating areas eventually break down the concrete structure (hazardous for fans).

Plus we are right down the road from the Kalamazoo River so we spray for mosquitoes. We don't want fans getting swarmed during night games.

Keeping Honor Credit Union Stadium ready for Growlers baseball is a 365-day job, and Pure Green keeps us safe, clean, and bug-free all year long 🌱
