## Caption

Congratulations to Kyle McCarthy, Agent and Equity Partner at Athletes First, on being named to Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40.

A former Notre Dame captain who spent four seasons in the NFL, Kyle brings a unique perspective to representing the game’s elite players and coaches. Since joining Athletes First, he has personally negotiated more than $1 billion in contracts, representing record-setting NFL players as well as head coaches in the league.

Kyle has built his career on relationships that extend far beyond the negotiating table. His versatility, experience, and client-first approach have been influential in building Athletes First into one of the most recognizable names in sports.
