Sculpt your shoulders & build upper body strength 

DB Shoulder Press… this version I pull my shoulder blades back and bring the dumbbells out to the side of my shoulder versus in front. 

Why? It allows me to get my back muscles more involved. 

Give it a go: 4x6 and superset with another DB movement, like RDL’s.
