San Antonio, Texas | Part 1 🇺🇸

Overcast day in San Antonio, Texas. Didn't matter one bit.
Started at the Alamo. Standing in front of that mission, you feel the weight of it. As a soldier, places like this hit different: sacrifice, duty, holding ground when it counts.
Walked Alamo Plaza, the Cenotaph, and found the statue of Hendrick Arnold, a guide and spy for the Texas Revolution whose story doesn't get told enough. Then down to the San Antonio River Walk. Cypress trees, stone bridges, murals around every corner. Quiet in the best way.
Sending this one home to the family in Hawaii. 🤙🏽
