Thoughts? 🤔🇵🇹 Portugal’s first supercar is finally here, and the Adamastor Furia is far more serious than most people expected.

Built around a carbon-fiber monocoque, the Furia uses a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 sourced from Ford Performance producing more than 650 horsepower.

Adamastor claims the road version can exceed 300 km/h, while the race-focused version weighs around 1,100 kg dry and can generate up to 1,800 kg of downforce at 250 km/h.

The car was engineered and developed in Portugal, with aerodynamic tunnels running beneath the body to create significant ground effect and keep the car planted at speed.

Production is planned to be limited to just 60 units, with the road-legal version expected to cost around €1.6 million before taxes.

For a country without a major modern supercar industry, the Furia is a pretty wild statement of intent.
