A little piece of Universal Studios Hollywood history from 2000! 🎟️🎬

Before today's Universal Express system, Front of the Line passes like this one were used as a guest recovery tool when something didn't go quite as planned.

If an attraction broke down or stopped operating while guests were riding, a team member could issue one of these passes as a courtesy. Guests could then use it to access the priority entrance, commonly known as Gate A, bypassing the regular standby line.

The pass was valid for one priority entry at each listed attraction on the date indicated, subject to availability.

It's interesting to see how Universal Studios Hollywood handled guest recovery back then, especially given how many of these attractions no longer operate.
