Moving to Las Vegas and want a gated community on a golf course? Here’s where I would encourage you to look:

📍 SUMMERLIN

The Ridges
Bear’s Best course, custom homes, and Red Rock basically in your backyard. This is top shelf.

Red Rock Country Club
Two Arnold Palmer courses and the widest price range of the Summerlin golf communities.

Tournament Hills
Small, quiet, bigger lots, tucked around TPC Summerlin.

📍 SOUTHWEST

Southern Highlands Golf Club
Private club, and you’re close to the airport, the 15, and the Strip.

📍 CENTRAL

Spanish Trail
27 holes and you’re minutes from everything. The homes are older, so plan on some updates.

Canyon Gate
Also older, but you’ll often get more house for your money than in Summerlin.

📍 HENDERSON

MacDonald Highlands
Hillside homes, Strip views, and DragonRidge Country Club.

Anthem Country Club
Gorgeous views and really solid value.

Lake Las Vegas
A private Nicklaus course plus lake life. Just know you’re about 25 to 30 minutes from the Strip.

A few things nobody tells you 👇

Living in the Las Vegas community doesn’t mean golf is included. Membership is separate and it adds up fast.

Queensridge’s golf course closed years ago. Don’t let an old listing fool you.A fairway lot sounds dreamy until golf balls start landing on your patio.
