CHICAGO… we need to talk about these sandwiches. 🤯🔥

Stopped by @topbutchermarket and had some of the BEST sandwiches I’ve eaten. Watching that pastrami hit the griddle and the steak cook over open flames? I knew I was in the right place. 🥩

🍔 Pastrami Smash Burger — beef smashed with grilled onions, piled with pastrami, Swiss and their House 1000 sauce on a toasted brioche bun. That first bite had me locked in!

🥖 TB Steak Sandwich — grilled skirt steak, roasted peppers and melted mozzarella-provolone on a griddled Turano French roll. Coming from a Philly guy, trust me when I say this sandwich deserves some attention! 👀

@topbutchermarket came through BIG for @thejrnetwork

Save this for your next Chicago food stop and send it to somebody who would crush both!

Which one are you grabbing FIRST: pastrami smash burger or steak sandwich? 👇🏾
