BREAKING: Christa Pike’s LAWSUIT challenging Tennessee’s lethal-injection protocol is back in court.

A Davidson County judge just reopened the lawsuit Pike filed months before the Sept. 30 execution attempt. 

The judge is also reviewing concerns involving Pike’s hospital restraints, attorney access and possible medical transfers while she remains hospitalized.
