New year, same me but I am going to love her even more this year! 🫶🏼

As a new chapter begins remind yourself that nothing can stop the blessings that are headed your way ✨

I am not setting New Year’s resolutions this year but focusing on the continuation of the things I am already doing to better myself and the things that I love the most. In turn it will lead me accomplish many new goals I set for myself.

It’s not a restart but continual growth 🌱

2023 goals & habits continuation + new:

- [ ] Buy a house
- [ ] Compete at NPC Nationals
- [ ] Focus on my mental health as much as I do my physical 
- [ ] Sleep 8 hours per night 
- [ ] Clean eating 80/20
- [ ] Drink 1 gallon of water a day 
- [ ] Walk 10,000 steps a day 
- [ ] Read or listen to 1 book a month 
- [ ] Live more in the present in both conversations and in moments 
- [ ] Be uplifting to others 
- [ ] Focus on patience 
- [ ] Make someone smile daily 
- [ ] Travel to places I haven’t been 
- [ ] Celebrate big and small wins of my own and of others 
- [ ] Give more than I receive 
- [ ] Live with intention
