Brisket Jalapeño Mac 🔥 Smoked brisket, stupid creamy cheese sauce, jalapeños and a cheese pull that’s doing entirely too much. Made the whole thing in my @circulon ScratchDefense pan and put it through a proper game day. Metal utensils, scraping, stirring, bubbling cheese, no babying it. Then when the damage is done, straight into the dishwasher. That’s my kind of cookware. Recipe below!! #CirculonPartner

RECIPE👇🏾
1 lb pasta
1 to 1 1/2 lb chopped brisket
12 oz Velveeta
2 cups cheddar
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
BBQ rub + sauce
Jalapeños

Crisp the brisket with rub and BBQ sauce. Add milk, cream and Velveeta, then melt in the shredded cheese. Fold in the pasta, top with more brisket, cheese and jalapeños, then bake at 350° until bubbly.
