Beginning January 2026, Rockwall’s garbage, recycling, bulk and brush services will see some changes to come with the addition of Republic Services poly carts.

Here’s a few things you need to know:
• Republic Services remains the provider and you will continue to be billed on your water bill from the City.
• New carts will be delivered to residents starting in late December.
• Information is in the mail with an introduction to changes.

Check out our video for more information and be on the lookout for more updates and reminders from us coming soon.

City and Republic Services staff acknowledge the number of upcoming changes and are working to keep residents informed throughout the transition. The City's website has additional information regarding the changes. https://www.rockwall.com/garbageupdates.asp
