This World Mental Health Day, we're highlighting Dignity Health East Valley's Perinatal Mental Health Services.

The Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Group and "Let's Talk" group therapy provide peer support and professional counseling, while clinic consultations in our OBGYN and Family Medicine Clinics can help connect patients with follow-up counseling immediately when needed.

Supporting a mother's mental health supports the whole family.
