Flow state. Coming out of Sled Pull (2:54) we took control of the race for second. From Burpee Broad Jump on it was tactical execution. Kept the legs humming (28:36) + knowing 4-8 is where we make the most moves. 

Put the hurt on in the Lunges (2:19) and closed with the fastest Wallballs (3:13). Left no doubt. This race was a dog fight for 2nd-5th the jump. Phenomenal athletes & great dudes. Hats off on stellar openers, gents.
