Had one of those “character-building” days on the track this week… 
But had to #fastbraidfriday and get it done!
I’ve honestly had such a bad attitude about the weather lately. Like is it really too much to ask for a healthy body, great training partners AND some warm temps with no wind?!?
I want to have my 🎂 and eat it too, okay!

In the spirit of gratitude, here are 5 things I’m grateful for this week:
1. Amazing training partners for my running workouts (been missing that while being in LA)
2. A comfy house that I can call home while I’m training at high altitude (no more short-term rentals!)
3. The macaroni and cheese waffles that Katie and I made for dinner 🤤 🧇 
4. Lots of snuggles with myfavoritepie while the weather outside is frightful
5. The unwavering support of my coach tricoachgreg who somehow is always sensing every single mood I go through while training 🎢
