𝚕𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚑𝚒𝚙 𝚒𝚜 𝚐𝚛𝚘𝚠𝚝𝚑

One of my biggest takeaways from glnsummit this past week, was from alberttate talking about how leadership is not something we have to grasp or strive for externally, but rather it is something we can grow and cultivate internally. Each one of us is on our own unique leadership journey & experience different seasons within that journey. 
The best investment that you will ever make is when you invest in yourself. As craiggroeschel always says, everyone wins when the leader gets better. Continue choosing the path of growth and longevity, because it will make a significant impact.
