“The largest owl on the planet
hunts without a sound. 🦉

The Great Grey Owl – the Phantom of the North. Five feet of wingspan, facial discs that funnel sound like satellite dishes, and feathers engineered for silent flight. When this one locked eyes with me in Eastern Canada, the forest went completely still.” - Sony Artisan of Imagery, @colbybrownphotography with his Sony Alpha 1 II + 400mm F2.8 G Master. 🙌 ✨
