"I've learned a lot about myself, but the biggest thing is how to be a leader. I was given the role of captain early in my career, and it taught me how to approach difficult conversations, how to push my teammates in a productive way, and how to make hard decisions. Those lessons have shaped who I am, both on and off the field."
