Building a business is about more than collecting contacts. It’s about building relationships that last. 🔥

Alliance Board Members @jmathisfinancial and @mathis.olga talk about finding leaders, earning trust and developing an organization that continues to grow.

Olga’s journey from Colombia to helping build a business that serves more than 600 families each month shows what can happen when you invest in people.

From pancake breakfasts and dinner invitations to showing up when life gets hard, the Mathises know what relationship building really looks like.

🔥 Find people with drive.
🔥 Invest in the right leaders.
🔥 Build belief through events and association.
🔥 Show up beyond the business.
🔥 SELL. RECRUIT. BUILD.

🎥 Learn from the best. Watch the full conversation and share it with someone you’re building with. Link in bio.
