INGREDIENTS:
1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into ¼-inch pieces
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)
1/3 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, gently warmed until spreadable
1 cup milk chocolate melting wafers or chocolate chips, melted

RECIPE:
1. Place a 6-cavity silicone donut mold on a small sheet pan or tray so it can be transferred easily.
2. If desired, toss the diced apple with the lemon juice to help prevent browning.
3. Divide the diced apple evenly among the donut cavities. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the apples.
4. Spoon the warmed peanut butter into each cavity, distributing it as evenly as possible.
5. Pour the melted chocolate over each donut, allowing it to settle around the apples, peanuts, and peanut butter. Smooth the chocolate with the back of a spoon as needed.
6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely firm. For faster setting, freeze for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Gently peel the silicone mold away from each donut to release it. Serve chilled.
