Every 1st of the month, we have a monthly money meeting. We review our spending, pay our @bilt credit card in full to earn points for travel, contribute to our high-yield savings account and emergency fund, plan for travel and upcoming expenses, and make sure our money is actually aligned with the life we’re trying to build.

For us, budgeting as a couple isn’t about restricting our life. It’s about making sure we can afford the life we actually want.
