From Broadway stages to film and television, Jazz & Contemporary Trainee concentration faculty member Gabriela García dancinvida brings a wealth of professional experience and artistry to Joffrey Ballet School as we continue celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month!

Born and raised in México, Gabriela has built an impressive international career spanning dance, musical theater, film, and television. Her credits include 12 years performing in Chicago The Musical on Broadway, along with appearances in In the Heights, Succession, and Law & Order. Beyond the stage and screen, she has shared her expertise with dancers and performers around the world, encouraging individuality, confidence, and versatility.

As part of our Pre-Professional Trainee Program, Gabriela shares her experience with our Jazz & Contemporary Trainees, encouraging them to explore their creativity, embrace versatility, and grow as confident, expressive artists.

Gabriela's journey is a wonderful example of how culture, creativity, and artistic exploration can open doors across the performing arts. We are grateful to have her as part of our Joffrey Ballet School faculty and to share her knowledge and passion with our Trainees!
