Every dancer's journey is different, and at Joffrey Ballet School, our Pre-Professional Trainee Program provides a place for aspiring artists to discover their potential and pursue their goals through a comprehensive, year-round training experience.

Open to dancers ages 13–25, the program offers two concentrations, Ballet and Jazz & Contemporary, each providing a distinct training experience rooted in our core values of community, artistry, resilience, and excellence. With an emphasis on developing the whole artist, our Trainees are encouraged to strengthen their technique, expand their versatility, and grow within a community dedicated to their artistic and personal development.
