Running a restaurant isn't easy—especially when it comes to juggling ingredient costs, vendor lists, and last-minute supply changes. That’s why we built Order Guide, Square’s new AI-powered procurement tool designed to help restaurants save time and money.

In this video, we’ll walk you through a quick demo of how Order Guide works: from setting up your ingredients list and uploading vendor files, to comparing prices across suppliers and finding the best deals for your restaurant.

💡 With Order Guide, you can:

• Automatically generate ingredient lists from your menu
• Import vendor data (PDFs or CSVs) and see it all in one place
• Compare pricing across multiple suppliers
• Make smarter purchasing decisions that boost your bottom line

Whether you’re managing a local pizza shop or a multi-location restaurant, Order Guide helps you streamline procurement so you can get back to what you love most—creating great food for your customers.
