“For me, success is about more than just styling hair—it’s about touching not only the strands but also the hearts of every client in my chair. It’s the joy I bring to their experience, the growth in my craft, and the satisfaction of making a meaningful connection.”

For the past 8 years, Courtney Prewitt has cultivated an intimate and relaxed setting to make her clients feel beautiful at Beach Bronde. She aims to provide the atmosphere she always desired for her hair care at her salon. To maintain this standard, she leads her workdays with the utmost intention.

If the schedule has afforded her time to treat herself, she starts with a coconut milk matcha latte from her favorite local cafe and heads to the salon, where she reviews her client list, making sure key points are fresh in her mind. On the days out of the salon, reinvesting in education takes top priority.

“I’m all about investing in education because I truly value the idea that learning never stops. It’s personal for me. I consistently reinvest in my business by prioritizing opportunities for growth and knowledge, taking local & traveling for classes, knowing that it ultimately enriches both my craft and the experiences I offer.”

In addition to education, she has recently become a self-proclaimed numbers enthusiast!

“The Square dashboard has become my secret weapon. I love tracing my sales journey from past years to the present. It’s been my small business motivator. This tool keeps me on track and reveals my standout services in the salon, guiding my educational efforts with a personal touch.”
