Grilling with a friend is always more fun! The one and only @jesspryles stopped by and we made these delicious, char-grilled lamb loin chops with a mint chimichurri from her new cookbook, Prime Cuts.

These chops were super easy to make and came out delicious!

Prime Cuts is not just another cookbook. Jess shares not only some amazing recipes but also her extensive knowledge when it comes to meat, grilling, and cooking. If you want to level up your grilling skills, this book is a must have!
