## Caption

As someone who has struggled with my relationship with exercise in the past, I am SO happy to be at a place where I can move my body in a way that feels good to me and with the right intentions. But that only happened because I took years to heal this relationship and changed the content I was consuming online. This 100th class milestone is so much deeper to me than just a number and I am so proud!!!
