## Caption

Iconic scenes captured from the legendary movie ‘Romeo + Juliet’, an American-Australian romantic drama directed by Baz Luhrmann and released in 1996. ❤️🎥

Starring Leonardo DiCaprio (Romeo) and Claire Danes (Juliet). This postmodern adaptation is famous for having transposed William Shakespeare’s classical tragedy into the contemporary and edgy setting of Verona Beach.

Where swords are replaced by firearms and the family hatred is replaced by a mafia-style gang war, while completely retaining the original dialogue in verse from the play. #romeojuliet #clairedanes #leonardodicaprio #movies #fy
